Hoenn Route 126

I was trying to do an impressionistic digital painting of the underwater route around Sootopolis City. This was my first attempt at digital painting. Not sure how well it worked out, so I would really appreciate any feedback.

Done in Photoshop Elements 8 with a tablet.
